Cant find a download file

This post has been reported. It's nowhere to be found. Not in any of these: Documents folder Downloads folder Temporary internet files folder Recently Items Search results for the filename! Any ideas? I've tried searching microsoft. Yes, Word The file is not even listed in Word's recent documents list. Hm good idea, but still nothing. I checked subfolders in Temp, tried searching, nothing.
