They USED to be great.. I have tried redeeming credits twice. The first time, the process worked fine. The second time, the system would not redeem my credit for the offered Starbucks savings. I tried contacting Support, but it seems to be artificial intelligence and did not understand what I wrote.

It asked me to use different words. I have, in general, found Verizon Support to be hit and miss. For a recent trip out of the country, two different support staff failed to give accurate information about how to get Verizon coverage. The website information was correct but it was not relayed correctly by staff.
